Citadines Saint-Germain-des-Prés Paris
Location couldn't be better, room is large, quiet (our room faced an internal garden) and well equiped. Lobby offers a generous 24 hours supply of complimentary hot drinks and water. Only drawback is the awful 70s decor of the room. If you can disregard it, it's a great hotel.

Hotel Europe Saint Severin Paris
Room was small with no drawers to unpack into. Other than that, all was good. Location is excellent and many landmarks are an easy walk.

Le Lapin Blanc
Cute room and friendly staff. Good location. The only con is that they are under construction so there is no lobby or breakfast area, corridors under construction. However room was nice and there are good bakery options nearby.
