The staff at the front desk made my stay so amazing! They were all so kind. I can’t wait to come back! They made me feel at home. The hotel is a treasure with beautiful rooms and a very instagramable environment/elevator.

The room was very clean and quiet. Just down the road from the Moulin Rouge and metro stop just down the way. A bit far to walk from the main city center but all-in-all would stay here again.

Hôtel avec une deco certes Roccoco et ancienne mais au moins cela a du charme,ce n'est pas un hôtel aseptisé genre "grande chaîne sans ame" mais on y dort bien,la literie est très bonne et malgré le quartier atypique de Pigalle, c'est très calme.

Otelin konumu iyi metroya yakın havalimanından tek başıma ulaştım ancak avrupa ülkesi ve şehrin göbeğinde bir otel olarak duş alamadım duşlarının muslugu bozuk baska bir odaya aldılar ordada aynısı oldu bir daha gelir miyim sanmıyorum ancak soğuk fransızlardan sonra resepsiyondaki ayse çok cana yakındı ona teşekkür ederim

Purtroppo il soggiorno presso questa struttura non è stato affatto positivo. Non ci hanno informato all arrivo che l acqua calda nn c era a causa di un guasto tecnico e ogni sera ci dicevano avrebbero sistemato entro la mattina dopo io e i miei due bambini siamo stati costretti a fare doccia con acqua fredda... per vari giorni. Per concludere... sempre peggio...l ultimo giorno... Sul cuscino della bambina troviamo un ragno enorme che ho anche fotografato. La cosa che non ho apprezzato è il fatto che ho inviato una mail all hotel segnalando queste defezioni e non ho ricevuto alcuna risposta. Io credo che in un hotel 4 stelle, nel caso di problemi così importanti, si dovrebbe come minimo offrire una colazione, in segno di gentilezza e di scuse. Mi spiace sia andata così. Ci sono molte cose da migliorare.

I HIGHLY recommend this hotel! I went as a female solo traveller and felt very safe in the hotel. The staff were absolutely amazing, going above and beyond to make my stay with them so wonderful. The hotel is clean and so beautiful. The location is perfect for someone wanting to explore Montmartre.

Hotell med bra läge

Trevligt hotell med bra läge. Jag hade ett rymligt rum med lite utsikt. Personalen var mycket hjälpsam. Tunnelbanestationen Pigalle är alldeles intill. Rummen är speciella i sin stil, något som jag gillade.

Hotel "rococo"

Hôtel très confortable. Propreté impeccable. Service et personnel ( réception, gardien de nuit) au top: gentils, accueillant et très prévenant. Style ancien. Si vous cherchez un hôtel de caractère c 'est le bon choix. Si vous cherchez du service , du modernisme, un peu moins.

The service in the hotel was execeptional!! Especially the older man on the night shift who was telling us stories about Paris’s history. The area was perfect and close to all the metros. Breakfast was great as well.
