Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
Do not book this property. What is listed as a ‘Premium studio for couples’ is a residential apartment with only a pull-out sofa bed — no proper bed. There was no toilet paper on arrival. More seriously, the operator demanded a €150 security deposit via an external third-party link (swik.link) in direct violation of Hotels.com’s own payment policies, which explicitly warn guests never to pay outside their platform. I was coerced into paying under threat of being denied access to accommodation I had already paid over CA $1,200 for. My credit card’s fraud team subsequently flagged the swik.link transaction as fraudulent and locked my card. Significant fraudulent transactions occurred on my card immediately after. The operator sent contradictory messages — confirming check-in and threatening lockout within minutes of each other — and falsely claimed to have contacted me multiple times when all messages were sent within the same 24-minute window. Hotels.com documented the policy violations but was unable to help. I checked out the same day and had to rebook at my own expense. Zero stars. Avoid completely.
