Really cute spot located inside a courtyard in a fun, trendy yet largely residential area. That said, shopping, restaurants and transportation (bus, train, tram, and Metro) are easily accessible by foot. The area felt safe. The appartement was cozy for 3 people, but was still manageable and comfortable. The place was outfitted with cooking supplies, which was great (though using the toaster jumped the breaker no matter where we put it). The water temp and pressure weren't that great, but the bathroom was tidy and clean. Also, the sliding bathroom door doesn't offer much privacy. That said, I loved the stylish space location and would strongly consider returning.

Not for light sleeper

While the location is convenient and accessible, there were several issues that need attention. The studio was not soundproof, which made it difficult to relax, especially at night. There was also a persistent drainage or moldy smell around the building, which was quite unpleasant. In the bathroom, the masking film on the window did not fully cover it, leading to privacy concerns. Additionally, there was no space provided for hanging clothes, and the shower door didn’t close properly, causing water to flood the bathroom floor. Bottled water as mentioned in the description has not been provided.

Not clean with an ant infestation. No toilet paper. When we arrived at check-in, it wasn't clean, garbage etc from previous guest was still there.We had to wait a few hours and room was still not clean.

Bien situé pour faciliter les déplacements en transport en commun. Il y a plusieurs pâtisseries, fruiteries, boulangeries ,restos etc… aux alentours. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Mitigée

Decoration et propreté soignées, proprietaire reactif et bienveillant lors d’un désagrément temporaire. malheureusement une mauvaise isolation phonique ne permet pas de profiter pleinement de l’emplacement de l’immeuble donnant sur une cours interne. Il est souhaitable de ne pas entendre autant le bruit du couloir et surtout des voisins qui discutent ou s’adonne à leur acte du quotidien.
