地下鉄駅がちかく至近距離にあり、中心部オペラ駅から１駅またオペラ地区まで歩いてアクセスすることもできる。朝食も各種パン、コーヒー、オレンジジュース、ソーセージ、ハム、チーズ、スクランブルエッグなど最低限のものはあり、朝食付きプランにしたため円安物価高の海外では助かりました。

Charming and comfortable boutique hotel on a side street close to delicious restaurants and many tourist sites. We had the hotel breakfast on our last morning. It was a good value and the food was fresh. I would definitely stay here again.

レトロな感じで清潔感があり、とても良いホテルでした。スタッフも親切で24時間常駐しているので、安心です。私が泊まった際は、ほとんど日本人の方でしたね。日本だとビジネスホテルのレベルですが、朝食も付いて、オペラ座とメトロの駅からも近いので、星5つのホテルです。チェックアウト後も無料で荷物を預かってくれるのも助かりました。コメントを見ると、狭いとか、設備が古い等の記載がありますが、メンテナンスが行き届いており、機能としては何の問題もありません。ドアはオートロックで室内にセキュリティBOXもあり、安全面も心配ないです。この金額なら最高のコストパフォーマンスであり、不満がある人はもっとお金をだして、高いホテルに泊まってください。私は機会があれば、また、泊まりますね。ありがとう、ホテルロートレックオペラ。

オペラ座近くで拠点とするには好立地です。スタッフも感じが良いです。施設は古い建物なので、エレベーターが小さいなどの難点がありますが、大きな問題ではありません。総合的に良いと思います？

A bare-bones, tiny but cozy and clean hotel suitable for short stays. If you are just in town as a busy, in-and-out tourist, this is really all you really need. The bed was super comfortable! However, a concrete wall is the main scenery you see from the window. Considering the price, I can't complain much. The negatives are: no microwave, the fridge does not get cold enough, the sink doesn’t drain well, and the walls are thin—you can hear your neighbors going to the bathroom.

Excellent hotel in a side street not far from L'Opera and Galleries Lafayette. It is also close to a Metro line (8&9) and only 10 minutes by taxi from Gare du Nord. Good value for money and I had a lovely 4 night stay.

Loved my stay at Lautrec Opera. Room was sufficient for 2 people. Breakfast was simple and enough for me. Best part was the water pressure in the shower. As always in older buildings elevator was small, fit 2 people with carry ons. Location is walking distance to the Louvre and Opera station if taking Rossibus from airport. Would definitely stay again

オペラ座まで地下鉄で一駅、歩いても６,７分程度　ギャラリーラファイエット一駅です。部屋の備品も必要十分と感じました。スタッフも明るく親切、１０連泊いたしましたがリネン関係もお願いすれば毎日交換してくれます。リフトも狭いですが古い建物なので妥協するべきでしょう。次回も宿泊予定です。

Good value for money. Lovely & clean.

The hotel room was extremely clean. The décor in the room was a little dated but the beds were comfortable with lovely clean linen. The on-duty staff were extremely helpful regarding local transport and amenities. The hotel was tucked away from the main street so nice and quiet. It was in a good location for restaurants, bars etc. walking distance to Gard Du Nord and Louvre
