Friendly staff. Excellent service, staff are very attentive. Just ask the front desk to book you a van/cab, waiting time is quick or you can book the night before. We had their breakfast and it was good. We had breakfast daily in the hotel to save time. Anyways, there are many restaurants to choose from diff areas. Great location, indeed!

The hotel is unassuming we actually walked pass it after arriving. The entrance/lobby is nice the staff always spoke and interacted whenever coming and going. They made the most of the room space it didn't feel as small as most ppl claim in regards to paris hotels. The only compalint is our room was next to the dining area so each morning if we were up we hear the staff preparing for the food service. But it wasnt a deal breaker. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone visiting paris. #safe #closetoshopping #closetotransportation #friendlystaff

Flight landed in the early morning, and hotel easily held our luggage while we explored. At check-in, luggage was already waiting in our room. Staff were kind, and responded quickly when asked to raise the heat. Moreover, the location was perfect, as it was close to the Champs-Elysées and metro, but far enough to avoid crowds and noise. Only issue was the shower head breaking off, but we alerted the staff who took care of it by the time we returned.

Had a lovely stay there was building works outside so people are aware, but they do not work on bank holidays or weekends so had no impact on our stay. Loved the location, room was super clean and staff were lovely.

This is a very charming hotel! It is perfectly located as well—we walked to L’Arc de Triomphe as well as to the Eiffel Tower. The staff were excellent at every level. During our stay the breakfast room was being renovated, so breakfast (which was amazing) was delivered to our room. Do be aware that the basket and fridge items are a paid mini bar— my teen was not and that added a bit to our bill.

We had a beautiful, small balcony. The room was small but comfortable. The bathroom had an expensive electric bidet toilet that we loved. The best is the location, next to cafe’s, restaurants, and the major spots, especially the arc de triumph and Eiffel Tower. The room’s windows did not keep the noise out at night. If your a light sleeper, bring ear buds. I would stay again.
