A unique historic hotel, in an excellent walkable area of Le Marais. One of the few with a (teeny tiny) lift. I had let the hotel know that it was the 1st time travelling to Paris and my travel companion was a widow. This trip was supposed to be a distraction and an adventure for us both. They gave us a room on the 4th floor, with a gorgeous balcony. We sat out there many an evening. It was very kind of them to make our trip special.

The hotel was in a great location, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the flush button on the toilet in our room was broken, and the issue was not fully fixed during our stay, which was inconvenient.

Great situation close to metro, restaurants, bars and stores of all kinds. Marais is an area very nice to walk around. Staff was welcoming and helpful. My room was clean, of good size, and quiet. There was no view as my room looked to the back. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Linen was changed daily. Breakfast is available in the room if requested. All devices including the air conditioning worked. There is an elevator. The price is reasonable for Paris and the Marais. Area is secured at all hours. In summary, I recommend as a simple, clean, comfortable , convenient and safe place with great situation and with adequate prices.

The hotel is extremely well located in the centre of Le Marais, however, you pay the price. The hotel rooms are exceptionally small, which we sort of expected, but we were surprised that there are no amenities in the room like coffee machine, fridge, iron etc. it is very basic for the price. Some rooms don’t even have shower curtains on the tub shower so you end up setting the floor. You can get breakfast which will come with coffee and toast and pasties for €11. The is no communal water or coffee area in the lobby, that would have been nice, instead of having to go out to buy coffee. The staff on the front desk are very friendly and helpful.

This was in a great location walking distance to Notre Dame and the Louvre. Great bars and restaurants nearby. The room was cleaned everyday. The one thing is there should be more outlets, we had to unplug the tv and use that one because the one by the floor wasn’t working.

This hotel was in an excellent location, very close to Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Seine River, making it easy to explore Paris on foot. The staff was friendly, welcoming, and always very helpful. The air conditioning worked very well, which was especially appreciated during the warm weather. The building itself is older, but it has been maintained quite well and has a lot of charm and character. Overall, we had a very pleasant stay.
