The air conditioning was so great! Especially in the heat wave. They came in and tidied our room every day, which was so nice! The staff was kind to us when my son got sick. They provided us with extra towels upon request. The breakfast was good too. Overall a great experience.

The location is very close to Opera, fabulous restaurants, Vendome, etc. This hotel is across the street from 2 VERY loud clubs. People outside loudly partying/dealing/shouting until 6:30am. Better on Sunday but Friday/Saturday were awful. No sleep. The room was small, comfortable and clean with a decent sized bathroom and soaking tub. Not great if you can't step up and over a large slippery tub to shower. Breakfast was sufficient. Staff was very kind and helpful.

Location was very good, close to Opera Garnier and nearby metro and rer train station. Air conditioning was excellent to get away from the 35+degree heat outside. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very good to be able to leave luggage in secure place after checkout due to late evening flight. Beds were very comfortable. Would recommend.

Great hotel, very clean and staff were pleasant. The main drawback is the hotel is adjacent to a Hyrox gym whose music reverberates throughout the room, including as early as 7am. Great proximity to the metro and attractions.

The location was phenomenal but it is on a tiny one way street that is practically an alley. I thought the taxi made a mistake at first. Loved being able to walk around the corner and catch buses or metro to attractions. Michel at the desk during check in was super nice. The downside was our toilet seat was barely attached. I brought a washcloth for my face and it was picked up by housekeeping- not a big deal but I was disappointed. The hot water in the shower was great the first day but then became sporadic after that. I heard other guests in the lobby also complaining about the water. I couldn’t get my phone to cast to the TV so we were stuck with YouTube or French TV. It wasn’t bad but I would rather look around for a little better next time.
