The room was oppressively small: too small for both of our suitcases. It was painted black. Positive: quite soundproof. The hotel is understaffed. Not enough servers, front desk clerks, bartenders. The hotel is in the middle of nowhere. Getting from the closest RER station was a complicated journey. We ate at the restaurant of the hotel next door – that was extent of our choice. We did greatly appreciate the hotel airport shuttle. The lounge/ restaurant/ lobby area is comfy and colourful, but very ill-defined: you really feel unsure whether there will be anybody coming by to take your order. Property has the feel of a suburban motel, which is what I guess it is.

You must understand, this is a SHORT STAY hotel for when you are passing through the Paris airport. Do not book this place for longer stays. My single room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. To find the SHUTTLE from the airport, go to the top level above the train station. When you find the sign in the photo I include here, go UP one more level and look for QUAI 2. I have stayed here twice, and both times it was very convenient for flying out the next day.

Stayed in the hostel unit and it was amazing !! Blackout curtains were so helpful and had breakfast which was yummy!! Breakfast is mainly bread which I loved, but it may not be everyone’s cup of tea! Would stay again !

This is the first hotel that we had without Air Conditioning therefore it was very inconfortable during this hot season. We were provided with a small ventilator totally inadéquat for the room size. The befs were limited in terms of confort. The staff was very friendly.

We wanted to check in earlier than scheduled - you are able to but you would need to pay extra - which is great to have that option. They allowed us to stay at their lounge while we waited an hour. It was welcoming to have air conditioning while it was 37 degrees outside! The staff was friendly and quite helpful. The room was just the right size and clean. There is no air conditioning in the rooms but the big tower fan was perfect! The airport shuttle option is awesome, just make sure you book in advance. There are restaurants 5-10 minutes walk if you want to venture out. Highly recommend staying here.

The hotel was great but with our early flight the shuttle did not work (which was one of the reasons we stayed here). The free breakfast was nice- but it was very far from the city and a very expensive uber right in (and confusing train route). We would have stayed in the city center despite our early flight to have one expensive uber rather than five. Staff was nice, room was clean- but we needed a couple extra towels and they wanted to charge for those.

We had booked a family room months in advance for our family of 5 with 3 young children. When we arrived we were given a dormitory room instead without any notice or explanation! The hotel had been overbooked without any notice. The receptionist was not helpful, only provided a $20 refund. Very humid and warm room, noisy near a mechanical vent. The AC in our room leaked on our clothes. When complaining to the staff, their only response was to tell us to turn off the AC and use a towel to wipe the leaked water ! Good breakfast otherwise. What a disappointment, we were really looking forward to enjoying the family-friendly room and amenities.

The property was very disappointing, the rooms were small and there was still trash from the previous guest. Towels were kind of dirty and the pillows were horrible. Breakfast was ok, the bread was delicious. Not worth the price. Also the shuttle was $6 per person, when a regular hotel ran shuttle is complementary.
