"We spent four nights here on tourism and I must say that everything was excellent. The location of the hotel is quite nice As for the room it is excellent and surprisingly comfortable. Breakfast service was so good. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others having a trip. On the day of arrival a guy welcomed us with big smile on his face he was so nice and decent."
"The host was incredibly kind, always made sure I was stocked on the basics. I had to be in the area for work and there aren't a lot of hotel options in the area, so I feel like I lucked out with this one. The room was very clean, wifi worked great, and was very comfortable. there was a water kettle in room; AC/Heat; very clean bathroom; beautiful skylights and very comfortable bed. "The location is far away from everywhere. The website misleading us for the distance to international airport and the tourist spots. The worst experience was that we met a front desk lady, who was also the one preparing the simple breakfast, was so rude and hostile. This made my stay very unpleasant. "

"To start, the management of CitizenM knows what they are doing and have exceeded my high standards in every way. Modern, high tech, convenient, beautiful, efficient, very friendly, comfortable like a home, intuitive to every need, logical and simple controls of some very nice features not found in most hotels. After staying at CitizenM, I don’t think I can stay anywhere else. From iPad mini control of every room feature, seamless control from you phone to auto light and shades, cool colors, to prompt delivery of delicious food to a special night cap of the best chocolate lava cake with French vanilla ice cream. You have to stay at CitizenM Bravo!"
"The room wasn’t as maintained as it should be for the price. Stained and ripped carpet and the staff didn’t refill the body wash. Staff didn’t inform us that we could have free tea/coffee each day, we didn’t find out until our last day. It’s very accessible to public transit (bus, train, metro, taxi), and in turn, there’s a noticeable amount of homelessness and beggars going up to the street side restaurants to beg for money. Front desk staff was very courteous and multilingual (English, Spanish, French). "

"Room was spacious and comfortable for a family of 4. Reception staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean apart from a few stains in bathroom sink. This hotel was perfect for a quick stay and not spending much time in the room. I was slightly worried after reading some of the negative reviews but I don’t think you can go there expecting the Four Seasons. I was cery pleasantly surprised.
