"I always stay here when I come to Auckland. Rooms are always clean, staff are very friendly. Would be nice to have some cutlery and a toaster in the room. However, when I did ask for plates and some cutlery, it was no issue at all and someone brought It to my room within 5mins. All that was needed was A toaster :) highly recommend this place"

"We had a wonderful stay at voco Auckland & can't wait to stay here again in the future! While we had trouble locating the hotel, due to road work in the city, the gentleman who answered my call was incredibly helpful and got us right on track! He also happened to be the same gentleman who checked us in. He was very polite, professional informative and made the check in process a breeze. We stayed in a King Room with a Bay view. The views were beautiful, the room and bathroom were a great size, clean, sleek and very comfortable! The bottles of water were a great added touch & I loved the water refill station on each floor!"
