"This is a fantastic location and very close to many attractions and subways. The staff was mostly pleasant, but the only ones to greet you were front desk people. The property needs some updating. There was only a single power source adjacent to the bed, and it was USB-C. The air conditioning was not functioning properly. This probably sounds harsher than the experience I had, but it could be much better."

"Easy check in, wifi worked, bed was comfy. It was very hot and it was only April when we visited, but the AC was not working. Far away from city centre but not an issue if you like to walk (40 ish mins). A few good restaurants and cafes around, very close to bus stops as well"

"It was a great experience in Milano. Lovely hotel with professional and friendly staff all around. Room was large enough for 3 of us and room amenities werewith plentiful choices in minibar and tea&coffee facilities. Breakfast was superb. Fresh and delicious. Croissants highly recommended. Cappuccino was also in good quality. All in all, we had a superb break in Milano. Thank you guys. Keep it up."

"Terrible hotel, very dirty room AC not working as hotel does not connect the AC until mid April, room was extremely hot and even with the windows open it was impossible to get a good night sleep. Bed sheets had blood stain on them and bathroom had flies. Don’t recommend this hotel. "

"Everything was fine we basically used the hotel to sleep and shower, the only thing I didn’t like is that it was kind of far from Milan center and almost no option of restaurants around the area."
