"Well, we all had to be moved from the 4th floor upon arrival, the rug getting off the elevator smelled like urine. The smell was nauseating. The murphy bed worked well. "Upon arrival , staff greeted us with complimentary champagne and beverages . Lovely , luxurious and beautiful large hotel . Notified Denisse about the birthday celebration . She and staff went above and beyond to make this occasion SPECIAL. Room service brought gourmet dessert , balloons , and a card . The lovely beach area and pools were picturesque. Full gym and spa . Room was the perfect size , bathroom modern and shower pressure excellent . Room cleaned frequently during outings , robes provided during stay and relaxing king size bed . Choosing to stay at this hotel is a no-brainer . Didn’t disappoint, worth every penny . Thank you !!"
