"We stayed here for two nights. At first arrival, the staff weren’t very pleasant. I’ve travelled to many hotels before and the staff are always greeting you happily but I didn’t receive that treatment here. Also we were charged a ‘tourist tax’ that weren’t expecting. The hotel room was quite small. Additionally, the floor to our shower tray was cracked and the doors wouldn’t close so there was water all over the floor. The breakfast options were decent but there was a lack of vegetarian options. "

"Great location on the edge of Montmartre close to The Metro station at Blanche. Great views from the roof terrace. Friendly and helpful staff. Well equipped kitchen for self catering. "

"Great location. Two min walk to Arc de Triomphe and Charles de Gaulle-Etoile train station. Ver walkable to Champs Élysées. Close to McDonald’s and Starbucks as well as many cafes/restaurants. We arrived early and staff was able to keep our suitcases on site. Room was small, Ac was not working so we opened the window however room was very clean. Staff was friendly. "

"The location was great! However the entire hotel is under construction which really defeated the purpose of booking this hotel. It wasn’t pretty. Loud noise. And the rooms/hallways were badly painted and structured. However like mentioned, location was too. Staff was okay. "

"The balcony room was small but fine for just a couple of nights. It was quiet inside the hotel and no noise from the road outside. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful and the hotel was very clean and nicely presented, in a great location. "

"Broken everything. Asked 3 days to fix the light. Nothing happened. Toilet doesn’t flash, broken ceiling, half hanging light, broken base board corner. Shower door too small. Washroom is wet every time after shower even be very careful. "
