"Very Clean! 3 Paper towel dispensers in lobby bathrooms were not working dead batteries. Our toilet wasn’t flushing correctly! Had to call for house keeping to bring plunger up at 1:00am because of lack of flushing ability!!! Had to request extra towels and washcloths two days in a row. Biggest complaint is that the bed mattress was awful!! Horrible back pain every night and had to move to couch early in AM two days in a row and ice my back!!! Aside from those issues, staff was amazing!! Every encounter during our 4 day stay with staff was a pleasure from reception desk, wait staff, house keeping, to ALL kitchen staff!! Literally Every employee were a joy to speak with!!! Which makes up for the other issues in my book!! But, mattresses definitely should be updated to a new comfort level. Thank you for your attention to these matters!!"
