"Everything was amazing including the staff"

"Fantastic experience! The staff was incredibly friendly, and check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Breakfast looked amazing, even though we didn’t get a chance to try it. I accidentally left an item in our room after checkout, and the staff went above and beyond by locating it and keeping it safe until a friend could pick it up. The location is perfect—just minutes from the Grand Ole Opry. I would absolutely book a stay here again and highly recommend it!"

"Our room was very clean. The staff were very friendly. The best part of the breakfast was the kindness of the two women who were working in the breakfast area. The blueberry scones are always yummy, please do not get rid of them. The entire hotel is clean. The couch and chair in the larger rooms need to be updated and more comfortable. The couch is very uncomfortable. The beds are nice and comfortable. We stay at this Hampton Inn evey year on our way home from Orlando. This visit was only to Nashville and we enjoyed our six night stay. Thank you!"

"Host of the eating area was friendly, helpful & good natured. He is an asset to your hotel. You do gave a young man working there, 20’s?, black glasses, housekeeping- knocked softly on my door once & opened it. Immediately closed it when he realized I was walking down the hall towards him. Knocked several times loudly. He wanted to know if I needed anything. I had a bad feeling as to what he was up to. I was afraid to leave anything valuable in my room after that. If anything gets reported missing, I would highly suspect him even if he is super nice to staff. Just think you should know. I’d like to stay there again but don’t trust that young man."

"Breakfast was decent. Waffles, sausage, eggs, buscuits, and southern gravey. Clean rooms and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet needs more attendants, kids left it a mess and tables weren't cleaned quickly. Otherwise, good stay."
