"Everything was beyond my expectations. The property was kept clean. The staff very nice and friendly. Everything is walking distance to all main attractions and beach. I highly recommend the Royal at Atlantis."

"The cove is beautiful and upscale. However, our AC did not work properly the entire vacation so it did get hot in the room. Drinks were very expensive and the waiters and waitresses did not come to the beach nearly enough so you had to get up and get your own food and drinks a lot of the time."

"Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Our room attendant for our floor was amazing. Resort was full of activities both free and at cost. Some activities are a little overpriced for the amount of time you spend doing them, but still worth it. Water stations are all over the Resort to fill your water bottles that they provide. Highly recommend going. "

"The room was super dusty, not very clean. Most of the staff were very nice and a hand full was not. Best food options were Jerk chicken and buffet. "

"I love that breakfast is provided as well as access to Atlantis. The breakfast could be improved as it was just ok. It would also be nice to have more local offerings at the buffet. "

On top of it all, the hotel manager and assistant manager were... let’s just go with “less than pleasant.” I’m stopping here because I could go on and on about things that were overly misrepresented on this particular outfit.
