"The rooms are that great. I requested to switch rooms at eight in the evening because I couldn’t go to sleep. There’s a fan in the bathroom that you cannot turn off and it’s loud.. the hotel also charged my bank card. I never authorized the charge and they couldn’t explain what it is for. The manager told me to dispute it with the bank. Overall, my staying at suites was not that good."

Im A Caterer and im always having to rent an air bnb for catering jobs but they dont have a pool .Ladies and gentlemen if u are in the Chico area for a catering event I Highly recommended The Residence Inn for your stay and prep ,and enjoy a lil u time while working ."

"Staff was awesome - location out in the middle of nowhere but a beautiful location they have a little dog area where you could let the dogs walk outside little picnic area with barbecue pits really just a nice getaway enjoyed it and those beds and pillows oh my gosh I want one of those lol and breakfast was good I had chorizo and PaPa's amazing!!!
