"Booking a stay at this property was an absolute mistake. I have stayed at numerous star properties but never have I ever experienced such indifferent attitude and total lack of hospitality at a hotel. The hotel is an adhoc dhaba let alone a star hotel. "Don’t recommend staying here. Rooms were not clean, sheets and towels could do with a wash, mosquitoes in the room. Very limited breakfast option. Overall not a clean place to stay. It’s cheap for a reason, they pay no attention to cleaning, hygiene or customer service."

"There are only two relatively good premium rooms with one shared terrace in the main building facing the river Ken. Other rooms are poor. Delux rooms in cottages are very bad and dirty.
