Towels were pick up from the room and wash and return in the afternoon. One day I went out for breakfast without showering and when I came back towels were gone (the cleaning staff went in the room even though I have the do not disturb sign hanging in the door) I called front desk but it took 3 hours to get the towels back.

Bad area, limited facilities, stay away.

After living in Panama for four years I should have recognized the address...but, did not know that there was another Wyndham Garden, so ended up with a reservation at the wrong hotel. When I got there I immediately recalled the much higher crime rate of the area (as opposed to where I intended to stay) and then discovered that the very limited parking area was full and I would have had to park on the street. Considering the shabbiness of the area and inability to park my car off the street, I chose to forfeit my reservation (and money) and find a different hotel in a better, more secure area. I ended up at the Milan, which is very nice and in a much better area with plentey of restaurants close by. Please note that I simply put average for the room, as I did not actually check into my room...but, this system will not let me leave anything blank.

The hotel is OK. My biggest problem with this hotel was that the towels are dingy. The towels are so bad the threads were coming off of them. White towels look like they were brown. I love the shower, it is humongous, that was the best thing of all. The room is a diecent size room but, the towels ruin it for me.

It was okay. The bed was comfortable and the room was generally clean. The pictures of the rooms and hotel look EXTREMELY professionally done. My room had several cosmetic issues with it, such as: a couple broken or missing tiles, scuff marks all over the walls, clothes line was permanently stuck almost completely extended, there was a space between the eyehole and the door, and some other incomplete, minor construction. Not quite the same as what I imagined. That said, it was a nice bed and shower.

The sheets were really thin, the pillows uncomfortable, there were no hand or face towels, the light fixture at the bathroom was hanging out. We ask for room service and it took them more than an hour to bring one plate of chicken finger, they didn’t even bring napkins. Definitely not returning to this hotel

The hotel is well located and price was very convenient. We were not expecting luxury. The room was clean but had a veey strong humidity smell. Bed and sheets were ok. Towels were old. After turndown service we had to wait untill 5:30 pm to get clean towels. The hotel needs renovation ASAP

Excelente Habitacion Malo Wifi

Esta fue la segunda vez que me alojé en el Wyndham Garden. Tuve una habitación extremadamente grande que era muy cómoda. La habitación estaba limpia. Había algo en la cortina que necesita asistir a pero no afectó la calidad de mi estancia. Sería fácilmente perdido por personal de limpieza cuando las cortinas estaban abiertas. Sólo las quejas son el servicio de Internet era inutilizable debido a que es extremadamente lento. Las páginas estaban cronometrando. El personal dijo que era un problema con la 3ª planta donde mi habitación estaba situado. Para mí las almohadas eran demasiado lleno y hinchada, así que era difícil conseguir cómodo. En general, recomiendo este hotel a cualquier tipo de viajeros. Las habitaciones más grandes sería bueno para las familias.

Toilet paper hanger rusted, only 1 small light at the bathroom, big ample room but drapes, bedding, sofa totally dated. Rooms need a fave lift to look inviting.

nice hotel

We arrived at 11:00 pm after a 16-hr trip.the kitchen was closing and they opened it to prepare us something to eat in the room. The staff was very friendly.

The service is horrible. Will never go there again

I made about 7 days reservation online on this hotel. The receptionist service and atttiute is horrible. Breakfast has nothing, poor. When I need to leave the city for 2 days and ask them to cancel the booking of the 2 days (still live here for the rest days of reservation), they do not agree. It takes a long long time for Orbitz and them to communicate and they insist to charge me the penalty, actually I noticed them 2 days earlier and I do not think is influence their sales (no much customers and I noticed 2 days earlier). Robbery.

Good location

Central location. Good rooms, but towels in bathroom very worn and not enough. Breakfast buffet average, nothing fancy. No fridge in room and no coffee machine...room and bedding very clean.

My buena ubicación del Hotel en corazón de Panamá, Redeado de Hoteles "Hi Standing" y centros comerciales ( precio beneficio = Excelente. Limpieza 100% Lo único que mejoraría ( desayuno costoso y pobre en calidad y variadad) Mejorar GYM Saludos.

Go somewhere else

I had arranged for a taxi from the airport prior to arrival and even though it was confirmed by Expedia the day before there was no taxi waiting. The floors of the room were not wiped properly. They had a slimmy film on it, so i wore socks. The hotel is not sound proof. - Each time someone enters or leaves the elevator i hear it (I was at the far end of the corridor and the elevator is in the middle.) - Each time someone enter or leaves their room i hear it - Each time someone speaks i hear it - Someone had an alarm going off. They may have been dead or left their room very early in the morning because that went on for a very long time. No hand or face towel initially, then it was addressed on the first complaint and by the next day, again only bath towel and NO floor towel. The "gym" had a few rusting machines which quite evidently is not cleaned. The so called breakfast is the worst. The hotel staff tried to appease me by offering to allow me to order from the menu at no change. By this time i was already quiet upset and made up my mind. I only had another two days to go and i will definitely not return. This is NOT a Wyndham!
