"Hotel staff was super friendly and helpful. Hotel is older and could use some updates. It’s older than it looks in the picture online. They were a bit deceiving."
"I've never stayed in a place on the beach that charged for ice...$4.00 plus tax for a 7lb. bag. Room cleaning is a joke. We were there 4 nights, 5 days. Housekeeping came in our room once and swept, maybe mopped. The rest of the time we had to go to front desk for towels and tissue or do without. The notice in the room said these things would be done daily and a hard clean on the fourth day. The pool opened at 10am. Every morning we saw multiple families with kids turn away in disappointment wanting to swim before 10am."
"The room was great and the view was perfect. The door to bathroom should have been at the entrance bc upon entering the shower there was nowhere to put your stuff down. The shower curtain kept falling when hanging towels over it. The patio was perfect except there was nowhere to hang up towels or bathing suits. (This is just a suggestion). All and all, we had a great time and will come back again on our next trip."
"When I booked the room I asked for it to be smoke-free when I entered the room it stinks of marijuana and the sheets did not look clean they were wrinkled as if they had not been changed . When I made the claim they gave me another room that was worse I had to cancel my vacation because they couldn't solve anything for me. And the manager was very rude in the way he responded when I went to complain to him, I had the worst experience of my life with you."
Days Inn by Wyndham Panama City Beach/Beachfront Resort
8/10 Good
"For a last-minute, one-day stay by the beach on a holiday weekend this was great! The beds (the important part) were crisp and clean, the staff were friendly (shout out to the lady who served my breakfast, I didn't catch your name but you were very sweet!), and the view was great!
The hotel is half-dated and half-renovated and old enough that ocean air entropy was obviously kicking in (there was rust in the microwave). The only housekeeping things that grossed me out were toothpaste stains in the bathroom sink and some mold lurking around the suction cups for the shower mat. Everything else was super clean!
I loved the beach access and the staff were all lovely."
