"We booked an ocean view, got a view of a dirty garage ridden broken down clay tile rooftop. Patio had no chairs to sit. Went down to the pool for a swim, sadly was cloudy and smelly was concerned I would get sick so couldn’t swim. Would have booked elsewhere if I knew we couldnt get a clear view of the ocean or swim in the pool. Disappointed as the facility and location were beautiful. Messaged the facility many times before stay, but never got a reply, only a scripted form message on arrival."

"Modern facilities that is clean. Elevators suboptimal, with potential long waits during busy hours and stopping at multiple levels inexplicably with no one coming on or off. Setup of shower and toilet is very strange."
