Very friendly staff. Cute, clean place. The bed was a bit hard for my liking. The only recommendation I have is the need for a place to plug in the phone next to the bed. I had to move the bed to find an outlet.

Everything is spotless, exceptionally well cared for, and the staff are genuinely warm, friendly, and helpful. The atmosphere is calm and welcoming, making it a perfect place to stay. A small delicious breakfast is available for a small extra charge and is well worth it. The location is okay: just a 10-minute walk to the town center and about 20 minutes to the ferry docks. Tuk-tuks pass by frequently and cost only USD 1. If I ever return to Panajachel, I would book this hotel again without hesitation. Highly recommended!

Everything was excellent at Posada de Don José. Check in was simple and they let us check in early. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The rooms are simple, but very clean and comfortable. I will stay again if I come back to Pana.

Wonderful stay from breakfast in the garden, incredible helpful and accommodating staff. clean and safe. Large store just open down the street. the fresh market is close. 2 bananas for 1Q. and there is a great taco guy across the street. Close buy the stores sell Beer so if you want wine buy it at the large super market or stores on the other side of the church.
