"Due to the fact, they needed a plastic credit card. I was unable to check in. This is not something new and the staff was absolutely if anything marvelous here’s where the problem is it doesn’t matter how marvelous anything is when you’re looking for and you paid for a hotel room that a piece of plastic keeps you from going to bed after very little sleep, and Moving houses by yourself exhausted at 1 AM to then find out that your money doesn’t matter that some credit even a deposit is unavailable by whichever corporation owns that brand Clyde Hotel the staff was marvelous. They do great job hiring and training the state itself and now was me ending. In my car, which I didn’t sleep because you can’t sleep in your car, especially when your entire life and your belongings are in Albuquerque, which is notorious for theft so staff best you could get there’s nothing better than the staff that I encountered there’s no level I mean I’ve had lots of great staff. I’ve hired great staff, but the stupid thing about the credit card needing to be the plastic one not the one on our phones in the middle of the night in a situation that that’s about safety paying for the comfort the Clyde’s not the cheap hotel in town. It’s the best hotel in town and I went there on purpose because I’ve been treated like crap all day by brokers, handyman and angry drivers at the same time trying to work and move on my own. They were kind they they gave me plenty of attention and attempts to resolve or come to "

"There were no drawers in the room to put away clothes. We were put in room 222 and it was extremely noisy late at night because of proximity to pool and loud music. There was only one chair in a room with 2 people and we are seniors so sitting on the bed was not comfortable for us. We had to grab a beach chair from the pool."

"I room I stayed in did not have hot water in shower. Although I take a lukewarm shower the water was still cold. Jets in shower were dirty and tub floor had wear and tear. Breakfast didn't have orange juice or apple juice. No fruit. No potatoes or biscuits. Eggs were not like other LA Quintas. They look like they had some boiled eggs in them."

"Overall good stay. Facilities nice. Pool closed one day for event. That was disappointing. We did get a room voucher as I shared my concern. Staff for the most part were not friendly. Not that helpful. Didn’t even tell us about shuttle that was for music festival. Just not friendly."
