"I thought the room was very clean and huge. Valet was great and friendly check in was easy and fast. The only thing that I was not happy about was that we were there for three nights and I called for room service, once. No one ever answered. I called three times and then I even told them at the front desk no one ever came and I asked for towels three times and no one ever brought them. I had to go out and get them in the hallway from one of the cleaning ladies. I was there for 3 nights and only for clean towels once and that’s because I had to go get them. I called front desk, called housekeeping and no answer and even told them at the front desk on my way to the casino. I know that your policy that you will only do room service if you’re there for three nights or more and you have to ask for it which I did and then never happened."
"I had such a great time! The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional. All my needs were met during my stay. Parking was easy and close to my room, literally outside of my door! There was so much to do during the stuff, we were never bored. I cant wait to come back!"
"The rooms were a very nice size. We had two queen beds, and I must admit the beds were extremely comfortable. The bed covering was perfect. The sheets were clean, the comforter was plush and warm. If there was a downside, it was the TV, it was a small TV in such a large room. There was a table and chairs so you could sit and enjoy a meal without having to eat on the bed. The bathroom area was a nice size. There was a walk-in shower in our room. The sink was outside of the actual bathroom area, which was good because there was more than one person in the room.
Now the continental breakfast was everything. I was surprised to see that they had biscuits and gravy and a variety of drinks, yogurt, eggs, and more. That was the best breakfast I've seen in a long time and it was good."
