"Lake Lawn has been around for well over 100 years. While the grounds are as expansive and lovely as always, major renovations have been done to the rooms, restaurant and common areas. Staff is friendly and professional from maintenance to front desk. While we went in what was the "off season" there were still enough options to make our stay worthwhile. "

"Gym was okay.. im a gym rat so. Ill always want more. However very clean. Staff was nice. Average. Lake view really nice. Spa was great. Only the pool area needs updating a bit and a few flickers bulbs to be chabged out. Also. I didnt like gratuity being added to my bill for 2 drinks and a appetizer pool side. Especially when i always give more then what they felt they should have been tipped. Nice clean property wish the rooms were a bit more updated. "

"The room was absolutely filthy and there was no one willing to rectify the issue. There was hair in tub, urine on the floor by the toilet, the room smelled of complete urine. Hair on the pillows, oil/fingerprint smudge marks on the lamp and dresser. Overall disgusting. We all slept with our clothes on and were very uncomfortable in the space. "

"Very clean hotel, staff was very nice and accommodating. Store has items you would need if you can’t get to the store. The only down side is that there is no hot tub and the pool is pretty small. Luckily my kids were the only ones swimming during our stay so it went smooth. Over all I would recommend and I would definitely return."
