"A friend recommended Sandos Finisterra to me for my first trip to Cabo (solo traveler) and I am so grateful she did! Everything was perfection from the beginning. They helped me arrange airport transportation through the resort and the drivers were wonderful. There are many pools, dining options, and bars at the resort. The small lobby bar was one of my favorite places to easily grab a beverage (bartender Barayam was great!) and I also enjoyed the Whale Watcher bar. The coffee shop (Cupcake) had nice, quick drink options, delicious desserts, and very kind employees (especially Abel). The beach is INCREDIBLE here and the resort is within walking distance to the marina and touristy areas. I felt very safe and welcome at the resort. It is clean, relaxing, and fun! I had a massage and pedicure at the spa, which were both affordable and enjoyable. The check-in and out process was smooth and housekeeping did an excellent job. Do not hesitate to book a stay at Sandos Finisterra! You won’t regret it. I look forward to returning as soon as I can! "

"The one issue I had with this property was Expedia's promises vs the resort. Despite my making arrangements in advance, there was no ride waiting at the airport and the hotel blame Expedia Expedia blame the hotel. Several other issues like Expedia promising resort credits but there were no resort credits, and Expedia promising services getting us back to the airport, no such service was provided. Numerous phone calls to Expedia before leaving during flight once arriving, and they wash their hands of it as soon as they take your money despite promises made by Expedia, then blaming the hotel for not delivering. Expedia you took my money you need to take responsibility for problem-solving. "
