"I do not recommend staying at this hotel unless you require proximity to Doak, the baseball or soccer fields. The staff at the reception desk were self-absorbed and surprisingly arrogant. Their unprofessionalism was not the warm welcome I expect when traveling. My room, located on an upper floor, smelled, and was musty for the entire two day stay. The AC was inconsistent and when working did not ameliorate the discomfort in the room. Bed linens became somewhat misted; the towels did not dry. "Alexis" reached out to me multiple times via text the next day based on my review of check in. She attempted to offer me another room. Senseless, as I was traveling with an animal and departing early the next day. Train your staff, and address the malfunctioning AC!"

"This hotel is very clean, the beds are very comfortable and the breakfast was good with lots of choices and fresh fruit. My only complaint is the $25 self parking fee. I would prefer it just be included in the price. "

"They couldnt find my booking becausenof a new system so had to book a walk in that took over 45mn to process."

"The staff was Great , I purchased breakfast and it was great as well . The bed was really comfortable. My husband loved the balcony out back and easy access to the pool. Parked was safe and locked location to family was a plus "

"I will not be staying at this location again: -poor lighting in rooms -older hotel so areas in bathroom e.g., corners, tiles, grout were dirty and discolored -sink was detached from counter -ants on bathroom counter -no microwave in room -location only offers valet parking. Parked one time and then leveraged street parking for the rest of our stay, but they still tried to overcharge us for valet parking for our entire stay, despite having evidence that we exited out the car the next day and never valeted it again -room felt constantly stuffy -housekeeping was rude. Check-out was 11am. They knocked on our door at 8am. We explained that we would absolutely leave at 11am. They told us no leave in an hour, We had to make a few errands before checking out. When we left to run errands, they still against our request accessed the room and started cleaning around our stuff."

"Hotel.com let me down with guarantee to cancel up to arrival time or resolve my inability to document cancellation after multiple attempts. I talked directly with hotel and cancelled reservation and hotel.com kept insisting they could not get this verified with hotel. Hotel managers indicate stay was cancelled early in morning and no charges were posted so I should not have been charged for two days. This makes me not want to consider Hotel.com in future. Hopefully someone can be respectful and call me to correct this error (or possibly deliberate problem)."
