"The staff was great, from check in where they were dealing with a snowstorm on the East Coast and canceled cruise ships. To the room staff, restaurant and beach staff everyone was great. We were stuck three extra nights in Miami and Fontainebleau made it extra nice. Thank You "

"The hotel staff were very friendly and attentive; the pool area was great with a DJ playing fun tunes all day. They also had complimentary orange water and sunscreen which I thought was a very nice touch. The rooms were spacious, nice shower and the black out shades were key to a great night's sleep. We had breakfast each morning at the buffet, which was delicious and dinner one night at the hotel restaurant which was one of the best meals we had. Would definitely go back! We had a wonderful weekend."

"The hotel itself was perfect for our overnight stay before boarding our cruise. The only issues we had were with late arrival staff. Not friendly at all when we were trying to find the shuttle from the airport to the hotel. Kept interrupting me and acted bothered to be asked for information on where to find the shuttle. Ended up getting an Uber on our own. Additionally, when we talked in the lobby doors, the ladies at the counter were rude and barking orders at those entering. Again, the hotel was great...service could be drastically improved. Maybe a little reminder to the staff that WE are the customers and should be given a bit of patience and respect when it comes to interactions. Otherwise, I would have given a 5 stars on this one. Your personnel that you hire are your first impression..."
