The hotel is very clean.
Pool area is great,always beds & loungers available
Air con great
Comfortable beds
Rooms cleaned daily cleaners lovely.
SPA is ok but very small.
CONs
TV constantly freezes on live channels so couldn’t watch the World Cup.
Don’t expect any food after 21:00 or room service for a 5 star hotel it’s not ideal after your evening stroll.
Hotel has nothing in the evening it is super quiet around 21:00.
Food is ok, dont order the nachos they are honking.
We wanted to add one of our children to the booking last minute, we had a double sofa bed spare in our room. We was advised that we would have to purchase another room at a cost of 2.5k which is bonkers.They treat children 12 or over as adults and expect them to stay alone in a separate room.
The area around the hotel is like clubland for Germans, so be aware if you’re around the hotel it’s rough as,if you like the smell of sick and beer then the streets around the hotel are for you."
