"Staff was very professional and friendly. They were very kind and accommodating to your needs. I had to add an additional night because of my plane flight and they were very easy accommodating to me. The front desk. The managers awesome! Maite Martha, very very responsible and committed to making you your stay a happy one. Juan pedro, sara, valentina. The DJ in the afternoon and entertainment at night were great!"

"The hotel is somewhat overrated by global standards. I would rate it as a 3-star property. The building itself is showing its age, although the rooms are comfortable. Unfortunately, the renovation completed a few years ago appears to have been done with lower-quality materials and workmanship, which may not hold up well over time. On the positive side, the staff were helpful, friendly, and accommodating. The front desk team, along with the restaurant and bar staff, made us feel welcomed. The 24-hour front desk service is also a significant convenience, especially for international travelers arriving at late hours. Overall, while the property could benefit from better maintenance and higher-quality renovations, the service provided by the staff was a highlight."

"Beautiful clean hotel, staff were all lovely and attentive. Breakfast and bar food excellent. Would recommend this hotel for a great getaway. Sandy beach lovely, sea was very warm. Great places to eat around hotel, we had fantastic fish meals and seafood paella Rooms lovely and clean,. Couldn't fault anything. ."
