The Dunes Hotel
Great value for an ideal downtown location. After a wonderful renew several years ago it may be time for some refresh of some areas. Elevators are particularly shabby. Coffee station is cramped. No space for getting coffee ready.

Grand Hyatt Indian Wells Resort & Villas
They have a tiny mini cooler in the room instead of a mini fridge and charged $25 for a microwave per night. They ran out of microwaves during my stay and did not have any microwaves available in the entire property. I had to throw away most of my food.
