This place is the definition of dingy. The curtains were covered in stains, the room smelled of mildew, the pool badly needed service, and the whole place was just rundown. On the plus, parking was easy and the daily housekeeping did a nice job. But the real disappointment was that all the online descriptions and review promise an included breakfast. Nope! No breakfast whatsoever. We got in late and had a very early start, so the on-site breakfast was a major factor in booking. It’s a cheap hotel so you know it’s going to be kinda dumpy, but we at least expected what we were promised - breakfast. There are lots of other cheap motels in the area. If you’re a budget traveler, pick one of those and avoid this one.

Ignore all the negative reviews for this place. Staff was so friendly & accommodating - available at all times to answer any questions & meet any needs we had. Room was cozy & satisfactory for our stay during coachella. Highly recommend for anyone who’s just looking for a convenient, clean & safe place to crash during festival season in Indio.

Palm trees,mountain views are here. Quietand safe… no outside people walking around, only staffs and travelers are here. The facilities in room are old, but clean. The blankets are warm and clean.

Good stay, gross bedding.

The stay was great! Nice and quiet. Exceptionally nice staff. However we removed the sheets from our bed to make the Maids/Housekeeping job a little easier and noticed the mattress cover absolutely covered in Urine and Blood Stains. It was revolting. Great experience otherwise
