"From check in to check out, staff was friendly and approachable. Room was clean neat and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast hit the spot and the young lady who made the ice & water was an artist with oranges and lemons. Would feel comfortable returning when in West Palm. Thank for a great stay."

"Fun place to stay in great position between the beach and Worth Avenue. Pink themed throughout which is cute and stylish. This was the second time we stayed at this hotel and not as good as first time. The first time we were bowled over by the friendly and helpful staff and abundance of everything attitude. Nothing was too much trouble during the first stay. This time not so much and some of the girls at front of house could do with a refresher course on customer service. Overall we had a wonderful stay thank you."

"First..the staff was excellent. However, we specifically chose this property for the pool, jacuzzi and restaurant/bar. Pool and jacuzzi were closed. Property offered to shuttle us to a different property if we wanted. Next, the bar didn't open until 5pm......Next, the property was pretty run down for an "Embassy Suites". Turned off and will not stay again."
