"This hotel is tucked away in a local area but just minutes walk from the sites and main streets. The design and decor are charming and unique, but the biggest standout was the service. The staff went out of their way to help us with last minute and changing plans for the 1 night we stayed there. True hospitality!"

"You've got to hold your breath trying to get there, but when you arrive, the view is breathtaking! Very clean and spacious room with great staff. "

"The air conditioning worked perfectly. The room was large and bright, very clean and attractively appointed. The street in front of the hotel was always extremely dirty with trash and the walking surfaces are in extremely bad condition. The hotel staff is excellent and attentive, the breakfast service was generous and of a high quality. Everyone was very gracious. I would say the only down side was perhaps the large tour groups that congested the lobby."

"We stayed for 4 nights at the end of August into the beginning of September. The location of the hotel is perfect and during our time in Palermo, we kept saying that we couldn't imagine staying anywhere else in the city. Both Via Roma and Via Maqueda are right by the hotel and offer tons of shopping, dining, and sight-seeing options. We tended to prefer Via Maqueda, but both will take you to the central station within a 25-30 minute walk. The hotel is also within a short walking distance of bus stops that can take you all around the city. Also, right by the hotel is probably the best sandwich shop in all of Palermo (A’ Putìa), which we definitely considered to be a major perk of its location. The hotel's rooftop bar offers a cool view of the city, but the view from our room's balcony was perhaps even better! The hotel staff were lovely and even let us check out an hour later than the hotel's official time for free. If you are planning a stay in Palermo, we couldn't recommend this hotel enough!"
