It’s actually a floor in an old building. The rooms were great. Our room was big, clean, and quiet despite facing the main street. The soundproofing was superb. There were all main amenities including robe and slippers. The location is fabulous and we walked everywhere. As they had a kitchen, we could get free water when we wanted. Highly recommended for everyone

Fantastic location with easy walkable distances to all major attractions. We are a couple in their mid 60’s-70. Restaurants and shopping galore right outside the door. Building was super quiet without road or pedestrian noise. Rooms were clean with modern amenities. We’d stay here again in a heartbeat. Great find!

The room was super clean. Martina was extremely nice and helpful. They had the best cappuccino for breakfast. The location is excellent, right in the center if the city. The windows are sound proof and the curtain is electric, it is daytime and the room is completely dark which is just amazing.

Me and my boyfriend stayed there for 5 nights in late July/early August. Everything went great! The room was big and comfortable and everything was clean. The room also has good AC. Our room faced a bar/restaurant, and they played music until around 12:30am. It wasn't incredible loud but for light sleepers it might be better to consider one of the other rooms. The staff was friendly, helpful, and polite and answered our questions and provided suggestions when we requested. We had the breakfast every day. Even though it was a bit basic, everything was tasty and we had great cappuccinos! The location is really good. It's close to a busy street with lots of restaurants/bars. It is also walking distance to all tourist attractions, as well as the main train station. It's a very cute B&B and we really enjoyed our stay. We definitely recommend!

The property was well located just off the pedestrian street with restaurants etc. Also only 700 meters to the train station for day trips etc. Check-in was simple and the staff were very helpful. The only downside was that our room overlooked a jazz bar that played loud music in the evening until midnight. I would recommend that you ask for a quiet room not overlooking the courtyard. However the room size was good, it was clean and comfortable

Fantastic stay at a beautiful hotel. The rooms are massive, especially for European standards. Great air conditioning and centrally located location. The front desk attendant was extremely nice and very helpful. She told us of a bus to the airport, which saved us a lot of money.

Great location for walking to everything. Clean property and great breakfast/coffee. Good management and staff. Only complaint is the property is very noisy at the moment because of construction in and around the building. Hammers started at 7 am when we were there and street noise level is high as this is more like a second floor apartment than a hotel.

The staff were great, they offered to arrange our transportation from the airport which made our arrival smooth. When we first pulled up we were a little taken aback by the neighbourhood on the way to the place. Once we entered we were delighted by the beautiful suite, nice staff. The breakfast was great and the place was in a great location and close to many restaurants and shops. Delle is walkable to all the things you want to see in Palermo. The only thing I would recommend would be to glue or bolt down the room safe. Also anything that has luxury in the name should offer robes and have facial tissue. Other than that a great stay!!!
