The good points
1. Clean and spacious.
2. Nice complimentary touches such as shower gel and hand wash, biscuits and water
3. Good location everything in walking distance including a Lidl across the road and the train station.
4. Nice to be greeted by a person from the company for handover for of the keys .
5. Secure apartment on first floor accessed via 3 different doors and 3 different keys .
6. Reliable free wi fi
7. Good comfortable mattress
8. Good communication with host who quickly dealt with a couple of issues we had during our stay.
9. Good water pressure in showers with alcoves where you can place your toiletries and hooks for your towels
Bad points
1.Limited natural daylight needed to have the lights on during the day. The photos on website make it look really bright.
2. Via Roma is very busy with constant loud traffic noise even throughout the night. Traffic and people arguing could still be heard even with the windows and shutters shut. If looking for a peaceful stay I would not chose this location.
3.The mezzanine level is definitely not safe for children.
4.Only provided with 2 cups one was badly chipped
5.Only provided with one bedsheet, I would have preferred to have had the option of a light duvet.
6. Did not appreciate being asked not to leave any dirty dishes or waste on check out day. Would one have assumed all plates etc would have been washed anyway.
