The hotel staff were fabulous. Very friendly and helpful. Our room looked out to Massimo Teatro, which was beautiful. It's a very lively area.I was traveling with a friend and requested twin beds. The beds were a little stiff for my liking. Even though our room faced the main drag, once we closed our balcony door, the room was quiet. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

This is a great place with good location. The only problem is the entrance to the hotel you have to go up a flight of stairs. Also this place is a little limited when it comes to facilities.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The location is superb, the rooms are beautiful and the included breakfast exceeds anything we could have anticipated.
