"this is a great hotel in the best location in the city with a lot of restaurants the staff is great location is safe and very close to main train station take the train from the airport very easy to use instead of paying 55-80euro to get into city...driving can take 55min with train can be less..the only downside to this hotel is you will not sleep in because there is a main yelling in the morning starting at 8am and it seems like it last all days..maybe some type tourism attraction nearby besides that everything is great"

"Property was well maintained and clean and provided our basic needs . Water , coffee tea were provided in the room without charge and continental breakfast with a variety of choices . Outlets for charging phones and watch were provided without having to take your own adaptor. My only complaint would be that no facecloths were provided ,but I am not sure whether it is a Palermo “thing “ or an Italian “thing”, because we had the same issue at a boutique hotel we stayed at a few days earlier. The staff was excellent…. Very pleasant, approachable, very willing to help , despite a language barrier."

"Very comfortable city centre hotel. The bedroom was spacious and on a side street so no traffic noise. The shower took a lot of working out for cold water plenty of hot. The air conditioning worked fine but controlled by reception which wasn’t a problem when we asked for it be cooler. The hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel itself was on a second floor serviced by a wonderful old fashioned lift cage. It’s in the middle of all restaurants and not far from the cathedral and a wonderful flea market. I can highly recommend this hotel."

"I loved staying at this Palermo hotel! It exceeded my expectations with a stunning rooftop terrace to enjoy a delicious extensive breakfast and in the evening watch the sunset at Seven Restaurant while sipping a Limoncello Spritz and exquisite dinner. Palermo's beauty is in every direction and it was delightful to relax on the terrace to witness it. Staff were very kind and helpful. My room was small yet efficient. I was extremely grateful for the air conditioning after walking around the city in really hot summer weather. Highly recommend staying there."
