Overall we were satisfied with the stay. The staff were all very accommodating and friendly. The breakfast buffet was great and other meals were good also. We liked being able to walk 5 minutes to Icon shopping mall for a few items we needed. Only negatives were the rooms need some updating. Primarily the bathrooms. Some renovations was being done on a garden area directly outside our room that involved jackhammering all day long. Annoying but I understand that is part of improving the property.

최악의 인도네시아 호텔 이었다.

너무 오래된 호텔이고, 노보텔 팔렘방에서만 묵다가 지겨워서 바꿨는데, 큰실수 였어요. 하수구 시궁창 냄새와 구석구석 너무 더러워요. 냄새때문에 향기 스프레이를 잔뜩 뿌려두는데, 냄새에 섞여서 구역질 납니다. 바퀴벌레는 매일 봤어요..진짜 너무 스트레스 받았습니다. 직원도 모두 친절하고 레스토랑 음식의 경우 주문해 먹는것은 맛있습니다. 조식은 한번 먹고 너무 맛없어서 안먹었어요.

Reasonable stay, reasonable comfort.

Help staff, a bit slow for early breakfast, but friendly and helpful. location near to shopping center was useful, but off major roads, so fairly quiet. Also the local mosque call to prayers at 4:15 was very quiet and could not be heard if the low background hum Air Con was used in the room. Furnishings a little tired but comfortable bed. Shower was over the bath and water went outside of curtain, Very hard to shower in a more controlled fashion. Rooms were large, hotel seems to attract families at weekends as kids stay for free. Walkable to my work location in M Hoesin Hospital.

Great service in the center of the city

The location is inside of a shopping complex, you can find everything within a walking distance. Their service quality was really great, we got an upgrade since they ran out of our type of room. This is an old hotel, you can see from the furniture but still well maintained. The room is clean, fluffy pillow, very helpful staff. Quite a pleasant to stay here.

The Only Hotel Ask Feedback From Guest On The Spot

It was my second stay in 2018. I had no regret coming back. Location of hotel was good which was just beside the Palembang Square Mall, Carrefour and Matahari. In fact as a solo traveller with a medium size bag I took the LRT from the Stasiun Bandara(airport) Sultan Mahmud Badaruddin II to the Stasiun Bumi Sriwijaya which cost IDR10,000. From Stasiun Bumi Sriwijaya to Aryaduta Hotel is about 8-10 mins walk. Check in and check out was brisk. Room was big and clean. Wifi was good. Buffet breakfast was aplenty with international and local menus. Staffs were friendly and helpful. I would like compliment Md Cindy for her extra mile effort assisting me to buy some local dry packet delicacies from the Kitchen Restaurant.I believe this is the only hotel which I had stayed and few staffs were tasked to ask feedback from the guests on the spot in order for them to improve and to rectify any issues promptly whilst the guest are still staying in the hotel.

I can recommend to book there

Outstanding service and great food in the restaurant. Room relativly simple and came into it's years - mildew in face joints in bathroom. Furniture already in its years, but fine. One can not compare the aprearance of hotels in big metropolis or Europe, but for local levels great. Staff, service and customer orientation ***** Public areas **** Room *** I think it is hard to evaluate. Please understand that my evaluation mixed with a spoilded international traveller, seeing at the same time that the city has still a lot of potential for further developments. Place is great for Palembang - but can not compete on international levels.

Good hotel if u love salty food

This hotel is in the same complex as the mall with several restaurants too outside. The room was okay, got free wifi also free breakfast (eventho we dont know because no one yold us before). The room design quite old. The only thing i complain about this hotel is...the food. My mom told me that the food sucks when she was attending someone's wedding party. I didn't believe it at first, until we found out on our dinner. It was a family reunion, coincidentally (or every night? Not sure) was a all you can eat buffet For IDR 100000. The selection not so many also not that interesting. She was right, the food way too salty. I normaly not that picky over food, but this is beyond acceptable. Its a well known hotel, how come they have salty food??
