"I had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Regency Malta. The hotel was spotless and felt well cared for throughout.
Two members of staff made the experience stand out. Ryan at the front desk was outstanding. When I checked in, I mentioned I was surprising my mum who was arriving later with my sister. He went above and beyond to keep the surprise, even stepping out to greet her when she arrived. He was warm, accommodating, and took the time to explain everything clearly, which made me feel comfortable from the start.
Sameer, the bartender, made our evenings a highlight. He always greeted us with a smile, provided excellent service, and created such a friendly, welcoming atmosphere that we looked forward to seeing him each night.
Overall, it was a lovely stay, made memorable by both the quality of the hotel and the exceptional staff. I would happily return"
"We traveled to Malta from Texas and this is one of the nicest if not the nicest hotel we have ever stayed in. The room was immaculate, the view was heavenly, the staff is so incredibly helpful and courteous. We enjoyed the M Club and will definitely be doing that in our next stay with Marriott.
