"Staff was friendly, room was spacious compared to most places in Europe, room has the amenities you need and liked the 12pm check out too. Would stay again."

"I was unsure walking up to the building about how "hotel-like" it would be but the building is so charming and the hotel staff was very responsive via WhatsApp. We enjoyed that there was a contintental breakfast every morning and felt like we were in a hotel but then had some of the experience of being a local when you walked out the door. "The lobby is beautiful with old fresco. Everything is organized and well taken care of. The breakfast is good. The room itself was average but had all the amenities needed. The location is conveniently located in the old town close to most of the attractions. All the stores are shut down after 7 pm except the restaurants so the streets in the area look abandoned. It's easy to get lost in the narrow streets which can be dark at night. I was a little nervous going out at night having to navigate the abandoned narrow alleys. "
"Good breakfast with pleasant staff.
Room was clean and nice size.
Good central location and next to train station for easy day trips. Hotel is old but in great condition and has wonderful charm, especially the elevator. Was also nice to use the rooftop terrace and bar at the related hotel next door. Restaurant's in the area are great but the restaurant in the hotel was very nice also if you don’t want to leave. Would definitely stay again. "
