"This place is awesome. Great location, friendly and helpful staff, big clean suite, and very good value. Would book this place again in a heartbeat. Note we were on top floor. There is a bar next door so maybe the lower floor could get loud but I don’t know. "

"A lovely hotel in the center of old city. But if you like sleeping this may not be the place for you. Hotel is surrounded by nightclubs on all sides which don’t close until 4 am (music is often so loud you can feel it). And at 6:30 am the bells begin every 15 minutes. Tremendous hotel, staff and location if you can sleep through a rock concert!"

"The location is good as it's in a well lit walkable area. Could be little noisy for some at night but I am ok with it - so I had no issues. The room was small but it was functional and since we were out most of the time, it did not matter. The shower is little small and lacks privacy but again, it is functional. The staff were super nice - five star for the staff. I wish there was a fridge. Overall I liked it. "

"The bedding was superb. The apartment was large and comfortable. The front desk staff, Neris especially, were super helpful and friendly. The kitchen could have had more cooking implements, but we didn’t ask for more, which may have been available. We would have liked more housekeeping, but we didn’t ask and it was as described as being light. We appreciated the availability of clean towels midweek. The location was very convenient and we felt safe. The restaurant downstairs had excellent service and the breakfast was delicious. "

"Beautiful facility, clean, and scenic. The staff are welcoming. It’s a great location surrounded my local shops, restaurants, and bars in close proximity. There are also multiple dining options within the hotel and we ate at each one during our stay and enjoyed every meal. We highly recommend vacationing here. "

"Good location but property is fairly run down in poor condition. Biggest problem is the staff who can not communicate at all in anything other then Spanish which is a big negative if it is trying to grow tourist business. Elevator is over used and very busy with non residents using it to go to rooftop bar that it becomes a big inconvenience for residents trying to go tonthir rooms having to wait for throne for a long time especially at night or late evenings. If one would have an alternate choice of hotels to look into that it worthwhile to check what is out there before booking this hotel since there are so many small boutique hotels in Casco Viejo to look at for foreign tourists."
