"This is a historic hotel in the theater district. Staff is very friendly. Not quite a full service hotel and no onsite dining options. Rooms are clean. There is no bathroom shower door so the water goes everywhere and the concrete floor becomes quite slippery when wet."

"I had a really great stay at the Los Angeles Athletic Club. The staff were super friendly from the moment I arrived, which made the whole experience feel very welcoming. I also got a free room upgrade, which was such a nice surprise. One of the main reasons I chose this hotel was because of the gym, and it definitely didn’t disappoint. The facilities are massive and the gym itself is really good and very functional, with everything you need for a proper workout. My room had views of Downtown LA which I loved, and the rooftop views were also amazing. It’s such a cool place to just take in the city. Parking was another big plus, it’s inside the hotel which makes everything super easy. I also booked through Expedia and got a discount, which made the stay even cheaper and totally worth it. Overall, a really great experience and I would definitely stay here again."
