"Man at office was rude and insisted I pay a $4 service fee in addition to what I paid Expedia. WiFi did not work. The keys didn't work properly...no light when lock was disengaged. Several people outside loitering, possibly homeless? Empty beer cans on side of building. No hot water in the shower...cold to warm. Room was relatively clean. No staff on duty when I returned they key cards. Nothing resembling breakfast. Very disappointing. "

"Our room was incredibly spacious! aside from the king size bed there was a sitting area with a couch with plenty of lighting. The breakfast dining area was spacious and included outdoor seating; no plastic utensils or paper plates or styrofoam cups. Restaurant=quality tableware!"
