"Easy and secure. Friendly staff"

"Man at office was rude and insisted I pay a $4 service fee in addition to what I paid Expedia. WiFi did not work. The keys didn't work properly...no light when lock was disengaged. Several people outside loitering, possibly homeless? Empty beer cans on side of building. No hot water in the shower...cold to warm. Room was relatively clean. No staff on duty when I returned they key cards. Nothing resembling breakfast. Very disappointing. "

"The breakfast was very basic but adequate. Room very clean and nicely updated. Only fall down was toilet seat unattached due to broken screws. Airconditioning great. Was very impressed after several stays with inferior room conditions."

"Our room was incredibly spacious! aside from the king size bed there was a sitting area with a couch with plenty of lighting. The breakfast dining area was spacious and included outdoor seating; no plastic utensils or paper plates or styrofoam cups. Restaurant=quality tableware!"

"Was suppose to get a non-smoking room They tried telling me it was not a smoking room when I see cigarette burns all over the damn blanket. I asked for a refund and I would leave. I literally walked into the room five minutes and he said no refunds. I would not recommend staying here. Rude ! And the rooms are disgusting "
