"Bed was comfy - No guidance to when breakfast was when checked in. Had to pay extra for gym although advertised on booking. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and dust on the mirrors - could hear all doors slam and people in rooms - breakfast was disappointing unfortunately - gyms the best part"

"Overall, my experience was positive with a few minor drawbacks. My room was located in a separate building, just above the gym. There were no lifts, so this could be an issue for people with mobility issues. The room itself was on the smaller side but had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The bed and pillows were really comfy. However, one downside was the loud music coming from the gym. Even though my room was two floors above, the noise was noticeable and a bit disruptive at times especially when trying to fall asleep. A plus was the free and ample parking available, which made things very convenient. Overall, it was a decent stay with a few areas for improvement."

"The room was very outdated , broken window and blinds which didnt work. The room was extremely hot with only a fan to circulate the already very warm air. Athough the front desk staff were polite, they seemed to struggle with any more than one thing at a time! Although the surroundings were really nice, I dont think I will stay at this hotel again especially when the weather is 30 plus"

"The room was excellent, well equipped, very comfortable with a first rate view from the balcony. The pool and Gym facilities were excellent, easy to use with fantastic staff. The only let down was the bar/restaurant area. The levels of noise from the assorted screens, the shouting and screaming was ridiculous. Ordering food was difficult as the app system was glitchy and talking to staff near impossible due to the noise levels. The menu sounds great, the reality somewhat different. The food was not upto the standard advertised and as such overpriced. Am Amazing Hotel well positioned with great facilities seriously let down by a sports bar and the mentality that comes with it, a real shame."

"Stayed Sun to Mon over bank hol wkend. Billed as a spa hotel in country so we thought we would relax. ...But the calamity of errors begun. I would not stay here again. Beautilul venue in a lovely setting, ruined by servises, staff, facilities with a "no can do" attitude."
