"The room had clean sheets but the top throw had holes in it and didn’t look that clean. The tap was hanging off the sink in the room.There was only 1 of 4 toilets working on our floor the others were locked off. The toilet that was working had a very dirty floor and there was no sink or soap anywhere to was your hands. I decided that showering was not an option as that was dirty too. "After a bad start due to filthy carpets and cold pizza things improved once in the bedroom. Nice hot shower, a comfortable nights sleep and a wonderful breakfast would rate this as an 8/10 for me. As we checked out the decorators were starting work and if the carpet fitters followed I would rate it at least a 9 for the price we paid."
