"Lovely hotel and helpful staff. We stayed in the ‘Premier’ area of the hotel, and whilst the lift and corridors look a little tired on this side of the hotel, our room itself was lovely. Very spacious and comfortable. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Great little pool and gym area. There’s a bar area at the back of the hotel which didn’t seem to be in use, which is a shame as it looked lovely, and a perfect place to unwind with a cold drink at the end of a long day exploring this gorgeous city. Would definitely recommend"

"Front staff who assisted check-in was quite helpful with niche situation. He was kind, and performed his job above and beyond. Mattress in my room seemed brand new and all the sheets were clean.
