"Parking is very expensive and after the charges for parking the city of Anaheim charges two different charges for parking plus the fee the hotel charges and it cost me 40.00 less than the charges for the room. If I would have been informed of this I would have choose a different hotel."
"Even if you have VIP status they will treat you terrible. Worst room. Horrible manager, was so rude and extremely unhelpful. Rooms were dirty like they were only quickly wiped down."
"Everything was great...no complaints...however, if I were picky... you cannot turn on the shower without getting wet. period. That means, part of you will get a shock of cold water before you can climb into the shower. Ok, Not a deal killer, just back design."
